Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Little Faith Mail! Each Mailer is carefully prepared with little hearts and families in mind. 

Returns: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damage and Incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your email address. Please include your order number and a photo of the item so we can help make it right. 

Cancelations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the has not yet been processed or shipped. once the order has been processed or shipped it cannot be canceled. 

Refunds: If your order qualifies for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Please allow your payment providers processing time for your refund to appear.
